Returned items should be unused, in their original condition, and include the original packaging. Items that are used, damaged after delivery, or missing components may not qualify.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
Return Approval
Please contact us before sending anything back. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted. Approved return instructions will be provided after your request is reviewed.
Refund Timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund.
